Registration and Information Services
The registration and information desks will be located at the reception of congress venue and will be operating between 08.00 and 18.00 hours. Participants will be able to complete their registration formalities at "On-Site Registration Desks

Main hotel of the congress is Hilton Heliopolis Hotel, alternative hotels have been reserved for the participants. For further information and terms-conditions please contact the organizing company
Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered attendants, and will be signed by ESCTS , SCTS and SCU
Badges
Badges will be distributed at the registration desks. Participants without badges will not be admitted to the congress activities.
Speaker's Ready Room
The Speaker Ready Room will be located at the Congress Venue and will be operating during the congress, with its high technology equipments.
Internet Cafe-Information Center
Internet Cafe and Information Center will be available to all participants during the congress between 08:00-18:00.
Transfers
Premium transfer service from and to Cairo airport will be provided for the participants upon request
Banks and Currency Exchange
The currency is the Egyptian Pounds, Foreign currency can be exchanged at the airport or the front desk of your hotel. Local banks are open from 08.30 to 15.00 hrs from Sunday to Thursday . There are also private foreign exchange offices throughout the city that operate between 10.00 to 20.00 hrs.
Credit Cards
All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) are accepted in Egypt by restaurants, hotels, shops and at the Congress Registration Desks.
Climate
The average high is 25°C and the average low is 15°C. Evenings could be chilly and delegates are therefore recommended to bring light coats.
Electricity
The current in Egypt is 220 volts 50Hz. Please contact the reception desk for available converters.
Insurance
The meeting organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained or for loss of or damage to property belonging to Congress participants (or their accompanying persons) either during the congress meetings and postcongress activities. Please obtain proper travel and health insurance prior to your trip.

Abstract Submission
Abstracts for the 25th Annual Conference can only be submitted electronically. Authors are invited to submit their abstracts following the instructions of the electronic submission form. An acknowledgement of receipt of your submission will be sent to your e-mail address after the completed submission. Please consider that only completed submissions will enter the review process and all incomplete drafts will be deleted from the system.
Editorial guidelines for abstract submission:
- The abstract language is English.
- The text should not exceed 400 words.
- The abstract must consist of four paragraphs labeled BACKGROUND, METHODS, RESULTS, CONCLUSIONS
- The text and the title must be free from abbreviations, except those commonly used (e.g. LVEF, CABG, VSD, ASD etc. It should concisely address the problem and the purpose of the study (BACKGROUND); how the study was performed (METHODS); the main findings with numerical data and statistical significance (RESULTS); and the principal conclusions drawn from the study (CONCLUSIONS)
- Each Word in the title of the abstract must be Capitalized; Please enter the FIRST NAME in full, followed by the LAST NAME, for each author without abbreviations (e.g. John Smith, and NOT J. Smith).
